Scouts & Scouts,

One of the 12 points of the Scout Law is...A Scouts is Reverent.

Tom Swisher, our Troop Chartered Organization Representative, is offering the "God & Church" religious course to Scouts and adults beginning in February. The "God & Church" program is a 12-segment course developed specifically for the Boy Scout program by the United Methodist Church. Upon completion, participants are awarded a medal and religious knot to be worn on their uniform. Participants of another faith may still attend this course and earn the awards, then work within their own to church to complete additional requirements for their own faith's religious Scouting award.
