The church has informed us that a last minute conflict has forced them to cancel our plans for a pancake breakfast next Sunday, May 3. We will likely reschedule this event for some time in the Fall.

As part of giving back to our charter organization, we will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast at St. Timothy's on Sunday, May 3rd. It will be held in the Gym/Family Center. This will be a service project where the scouts will cook, serve and cleanup. Volunteers and donations are still needed. The event will be split into 2 shifts: 6:30 to 8:30 and 8:30 to 10:30 with cleanup afterward. Scouts are needed for 2 hour shifts. Additionally there is leadership opportunity for scouts having first class, or above who would like to earn additional hours. Other help is needed in organizing donations. Final turn-in for all Scout Fair Ticket Monday and Unsold Ticket Packets.

All money and unsold tickets must be returned to the district to close out our account and receive our commission check.

We have our Court of Honor scheduled on the 28 April

Boards of review will occur on 14 April and should be coordinated with the Mr Ayers.

Our PLC has decided they do not wish to attend the District Camporee. The end result is we will not have a camping opportunity for the Troop in Mar.
